Answer the 25 questions based on how the last four weeks have felt. The honest answer is the right one. At the end you'll see your overall assessment and which dimension is affected most strongly.

1. I feel tired even when I have slept enough.
2. I'm no longer sure what I'm actually doing all this for.
3. I often say "yes" when inside I mean "no".
4. I ignore physical warning signs more often than I listen to them, or I don't notice them at all.
5. In much of what I do, there's an "I have to" that's stronger than an "I want to".

19. I no longer enjoy my work.
20. Even a free weekend doesn't carry me far; the exhaustion comes back quickly.
21. I more often than before turn to things that give me short-term relief (alcohol, food, TV series, social media), but aren't good for me in the long run.
22. I have trouble falling asleep, wake up at night, or lie awake for a long time.
23. My daily life is full, but inside I'm missing the feeling that it aligns with what matters to me.
24. I'm afraid of not performing enough or not being good enough.
25. I have too little time for what would actually matter most to me.
