For more than 20 years, I have combined fast-acting techniques that are neuroscientifically grounded and have proven themselves in practice. These include WingWave, Byron Katie's "The Work", NLP, hypnosis, IFS, Transpersonal Regression Therapy as well as meditation and relaxation. This foundation is enriched by impulses from international trainings – among them with Tony Robbins (Mastery Program in New York, West Palm Beach and Fiji) and with Dr. Joe Dispenza (Advanced Retreats in Dallas, Cartagena, Vienna and Barcelona). These experiences flow into my work and expand the classic toolbox with powerful perspectives from mindset work and modern meditation research. Together we find the method that works best for you.

My Methods at a Glance
NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP offers effective techniques for recognizing limiting thought patterns and replacing them with helpful strategies. In coaching, I use NLP to activate your inner resources and anchor new behaviors. My NLP work is shaped both by classical DVNLP training and by a Mastery Program with Tony Robbins in New York, West Palm Beach and Fiji – one of the world's most renowned NLP practitioners. From this combination emerges a coaching approach that is methodically precise and emotionally moving at the same time.
WingWave & EMDR
WingWave and EMDR share the same working principle, bilateral hemispheric stimulation based on the neuroscientific patterns of REM sleep. WingWave is the short-term coaching format with an additional myostatic test, fast and effective for clearly defined concerns such as exam anxiety, fear of flying and acute stress situations. EMDR works deeper and more slowly, with clear stabilisation phases, for distressing memories and deeply rooted fears. As a certified WingWave coach I combine both, choosing the variant that fits your topic and pace.
IFS – Internal Family Systems
IFS works with inner personality parts – those inner voices that sometimes drive us, sometimes block us and often stand in conflict with one another. In coaching, you learn to understand the different parts within yourself, to honor their protective function and to bring them into harmony. IFS is particularly helpful with deeply rooted fears, inner contradictions and recurring emotional patterns that cannot be resolved on a purely cognitive level.
The Work by Byron Katie
The Work is a powerful method for examining stress-inducing thoughts. Through four simple questions and so-called turnarounds, you find a freer perspective on your fears and realize how strongly your thoughts shape your reality. For recurring worries, self-doubt and difficult relationships, The Work can be enormously relieving – creating inner space where before there was only narrowness and tunnel vision.
Hypnosis
Modern hypnosis according to Milton Erickson enables direct, resource-oriented access to the subconscious – the place where many fears have their origin. In a relaxed state in which you remain fully responsive and can continue to talk to me whenever you wish, deep-seated fears can be addressed and resolved particularly effectively. I work with a gentle, solution-focused form of hypnosis that has nothing to do with stage hypnosis, but instead opens a protected space for inner change.
TRT – Transpersonal Regression Therapy
Transpersonal Regression Therapy gently leads back to the origins of fears and emotional blocks – often far beyond what can be consciously remembered. In a protected setting, burdensome imprints can be recognized, understood and lastingly dissolved. This method is particularly effective with deep-seated issues where other approaches reach their limits, and often reveals surprising insights into the true roots of a symptom.
Meditation
A calm nervous system is the foundation of any lasting change. With targeted relaxation techniques and meditations, you learn to soothe your nervous system and create a clear inner space from which transformation becomes possible. Particularly valuable to me is the work with meditations individually created for you – inspired also by several Advanced Retreats with Dr. Joe Dispenza in Dallas, Cartagena, Vienna and Barcelona, whose approach combines modern neuroscience with deep meditation practice.
How to Recognize Which Method Fits Best
- High acute stress: WingWave or hypnosis often provide fast emotional relief.
- Persistent thought spirals: The Work and NLP create structure and new perspectives.
- Inner conflict: IFS is especially useful when different inner parts pull in opposite directions.
- Deep-seated imprints: TRT can be valuable when triggers are biographical or transgenerational.
- Constant physical tension: Meditation improves nervous-system regulation and recovery.
Concrete Next Steps
In the first session, we clarify which burden currently creates the most pressure and which method offers the strongest entry point. You then receive a clear plan for the next sessions, including practical between-session steps. This creates a coherent process instead of an overwhelming mix of methods.
