Racing heart, shortness of breath, the feeling of losing control – does that sound familiar? This test helps you assess whether what you are experiencing points to panic attacks and how strongly you are affected. It does not replace a diagnosis, but it gives you an initial sense of direction. From the experience of over 10,000 coaching hours, I help people in my practice in Duesseldorf and online to resolve panic attacks.
