NLP deals with the connections and interaction between the brain, “neuro”; language “linguistic”; and internal processes, “programming”.
We use speech to manifest our thoughts and feelings. Speech enables us to interpret our subjective experiences. Fears change our neurological processing mechanisms and thereby also our behavior. Every person’s fears have different roots – and are experienced differently.
With NLP, these very personal experiences can be explored and analyzed, and above all, it is possible to subsequently explore how these negative aspects can be changed for the good. If you know which thoughts and feelings trigger your physical feelings of fear, you can change them with NLP so that they provoke a different physical reaction. The way in which the fear is experienced changes to the extent that there is a noticeable reduction in negative feelings.
